SHIPPING

Shipping Information
DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC, PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE ALL ORDERS. 
Shipping fees are a flat rate of $5.95-Standard and $22.75-Express, If the total (excluding taxes) is $100.00 or more, then standard ground shipping is free. Currently we only ship to the U.S.

Estimated STANDARD shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Estimated EXPRESS shipping time is 1-2 business days.

*All orders will ship on or before the next business day.  If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us before finalizing your order so that we can ensure we can accomodate your request.

**If you are purchasing from the Mobile area, please email or call in order for in-store pick-up. Otherwise, shipping fees will apply. 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

At Majority, we understand that purchasing items without the opportunity to try them on can result in dissatisfaction. We will accept returns for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT up to 7 days after items have been purchased/recieved. 

We do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state. Items must be unaltered, unworn and unwashed. 

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. 

After your return has been reviewed, we will issue a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases. Store credits must be used within 1 year of receipt. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized.

FINAL SALE

Discounted items are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you purchased an item on sale or clearance, the item is final sale. Swimwear, shapewear, and body suits are FINAL SALE.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

 

RETURNED TO SENDER

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund as well as shipping cost. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. 

Majority issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is canceled due to one or more of your items selling out since your order was processed
  • Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. For refunds, please call for email us directly with images of your defective, or incorrect item. 

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
